How is everyone doing?

This is definitely a troublesome time in the world right now and is certainly one I hope we never face again in our life time.

I am choosing to step back and embrace anything postive that can be taken away from this situation and I hope you can do the same.

I’ve been finding myself thankful everyday for all that I have, love, shelter, food and water and still being able to walk outside. These are truly the most important things in my life.

I will be trying to cook all my recipes from food that I already have at home. This could get interesting! Ordering in groceries may be something new to try?

I pray you are all safe and well.

Keto Korean Beef with Cabbage

This dish is reasonably inexpensive and is simple to make on top of that. The cook time is a short 15 minutes, so what are you waiting for?

What you will need: Ground beef, cabbage, fresh ginger, garlic cloves, serrano pepper, green peppers, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and chili paste.

In a skillet, over medium heat, add the sesame oil. To the sesame oil add the grated ginger, garlic, serrano pepper, onion and cook for one minute, continuously stirring.

To the aromatics, add the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any remaining fat and juices and return to heat. To the ground beef, add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste and cabbage. Cook for three more minutes.

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
