Being on Lockdown

I have to say being on lockdown is fantastic! The only thing that is different in my life is I don’t have to go to my day job, yeah! Therefore, I have got all those little or should I say BIG tasks done that I never have time to get to.

I have always been one for Spring cleaning, whether it actually happens in Spring or not. But, these days there is never time to get all my regular work done, let alone any extras. Along with many tasks, I finally got my spice cupboard cleaned out, not without suffering the loss of the saffron, sad face.

Now that most all of my major tasks are out of the way, I am ready to start pounding away at my recipes so I will be able to work on more fun and exciting things for the site.

How to make Quick and Easy Keto Everything Bagels

Weigh or measure mozzarella, almond flour, granulated garlic, and onion powder and place in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave for 1 minute, remove and stir the contents, and microwave for an additional 40 seconds.

Stir the ingredients together until well blended and allow to cool for five minutes, then add the egg and knead in to the dough.

All appliances operate differently so adjust the cooking time according to your appliance.

Separate the dough in half and then half again to create four standard size bagels. Roll each piece to about ¾ inch thick strips and attach the ends together. Place on a pan lined with parchment paper and bake 350° for 18 minutes.

While the bagels are baking, combine the seasoning mix and set aside. Remove the bagels from the oven and allow to cool.

When the bagels have cooled enough to handle, brush them with butter or oil and dip each one in the seasoning mix.

Thanks Nicole. I just roll them like a rope in between my hands. You can make as thin or as thick as you would like.
