Here it is…the BEST “Fathead” cheese pizza crust ever! This ooey gooey pizza crust is the absolute greatest for cutting carbs out of your diet. It is both keto friendly and gluten free.

Uses for Cheese Pizza Crust

This gluten free and keto friendly cheese pizza crust recipe is super simple and takes very little time to make. The preparation time is less than five minutes long and cooks in just fifteen.

Use this recipe to make pizza crust, spread it out thin for flatbread, or cut it into long strips to dip in tomato soup.

I can’t tell you how many times I have made this recipe and have used in countless recipes. See below for some of our favorites!

Adapting the Perfect Recipe

This recipe is adapted from terrastips.blogspot.com.

With the addition of a variety and quantity of cheeses to the recipe, it provides a taste that is not at all “eggy”.

Adding coconut flour to the recipe helps to absorb some of the natural fat that cheese contains, resulting in a less greasy crust.

Cutting the baking temperature down to 375° will ensure to not be starting any fires with the parchment paper.

How to Make Cheese Pizza Crust

Set oven at 375°. In a large bowl combine cheeses and coconut flour and mix together.

In a separate bowl whisk the eggs together and incorporate with the cheese mixture.

Transfer the cheese mixture to a pan lined with parchment paper and form to desired thickness. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and top with any of your favorite toppings. Return to the oven and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly before eating or handling.

This recipe makes approximately a 7″ pizza. This recipe has been scaled back from it’s original version. Click on “2x” in recipe to return to the orignal version.
