How to make Low Carb Frozen Yogurt Bars
In a food processor or in a blender, add the peeled banana, blueberries, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract (if using).
You can puree the mixture until it is smooth and creamy, or you can pulse the mixture and leave it with chunks of fruit.
Once you have blended or pulsed your mixture to the desired consistency, transfer into frozen pop molds and place in the freezer for at least four hours.
If not eating the frozen pops right away and if the frozen yogurt bars are exposed to the open air, wrap them in plastic, then in foil to prevent freezer burn.
This blueberry yogurt mixture is also wonderful to eat right away or chilled if you need a quick and easy sweet treat!
