Low carb everything bagels are made with a “fathead dough” and topped with a terrific everthing but the bagel seasoning mixture. This quick and easy recipe will provide you and your family with bagels fresh out of the oven in less than 30 minutes!
Everything bagels come together in less than 10 minutes, ready to bake for a short 16-18 minutes and your all set for a various meal options.
This recipe has a perfect balance of ingredients to give these bagels just the right texture. These bagels will not disappoint. Enjoy them for breakfast, lunch and snack time.
What you will need:
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- almond flour
- 1 large egg
- granulated garlic
- onion powder
- Oil or butter for brushing on top of the bagels
- everything but the bagel seasoning OR seasonings below
- parchment paper or silicone mat
- microwave safe bowl
- baking pan
- mixing utensil
For the seasoning mixture:
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Low Carb Everything Bagel Nutrition
This recipe is keto friendly, low carb and gluten free. Each bagel will approximately contain 324 calories, 25.2 grams of fat, 5 net carbs, and 20.5 grams of protein. If you divide the dough into 6 mini bagels, each bagel will approximately contain 223 calories,16.8 grams of fat, 3.4 net carbs, and 13.7 grams of protein. These numbers do not reflect the oil or butter used in brushing on the bagels.
How to make Low Carb Everything Bagels
Weigh or measure mozzarella, almond flour, granulated garlic, and onion powder and place in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 1 minute, remove and stir the contents, and microwave for an additional 40 seconds.
Stir the ingredients together until well blended and allow to cool for five minutes, then add the egg and knead in to the dough.
All appliances operate differently so adjust the cooking time according to your appliance.
Separate the dough in half and then half again to create four standard size bagels. Roll each piece to about ¾ inch thick strips and attach the ends together. Place on a pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 16-18 minutes.
While the bagels are baking, combine the seasoning mix and set aside. Remove the bagels from the oven and allow to cool.
When the bagels have cooled enough to handle, brush them with butter or oil and dip each one in the seasoning mix.
These bagel will keep refrigerated, in a sealed container for up to a week.

Well…made these for the 1st time and…let’s just say they don’t look as pretty as yours Barb but they taste good. I think I rolled them out too thin but they are edible lol Thanks for sharing all your recipes

Thanks Nicole. I just roll them like a rope in between my hands. You can make as thin or as thick as you would like.
