Feta Cheese
Feta is a white Greek cheese. It’s flavor can vary from mild to sharp. This is dependant on how long it is brined and what kind of milk it is made from.
Feta is made from sheep, cow or goat milk, or any combination of these. The flavor will be sharper the longer the brining process. Using all sheep’s milk will also provide a sharper flavored feta.
