Brighten your day with fresh papaya and Greek yogurt smoothies!
Ingredients

2 1/4 cups fresh papaya, cut into chunks
Juice of 3 fresh oranges
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups ice (optional)
3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (I use Light & Fit)
Instructions
Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds. Remove the flesh from one half of the papaya, chop into large chunks and place in the blender.
Add the vanilla Greek yogurt, orange juice, water and ice (optional).
Blend until the mixture is fully pureed.
