Description

Keto cheese pizza crust is made with a “fathead” dough, making this a quick and easy recipe for you and your family to enjoy!


Ingredients

Scale

3/4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 1/2 large eggs or 68 grams

1 T coconut flour


Instructions

 Combine all ingredients and mix well.

 Spread out evenly to desired thickness on a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

Remove and allow to cool.

Add favorite sauce and spread over the crust.

Add desired toppings.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
