Description

This isn’t your plain old tahini sauce, this sauce is punched up with fresh ginger, spices, coconut milk, and kissed with honey.


Ingredients

Scale

2 T light coconut milk

1 T thick coconut milk

1/4 cup tahini

1/2 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp garlic, ground to a paste

1 T lime juice

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp Szechuan peppercorns, freshly ground

1/4 tsp corriander

1 T olive oil

2 tsp honey


Instructions

Lightly saute the garlic and ginger in the olive oil. 

Stir in the tahini sauce until softened.

Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

Remove from heat.
