Description
A cheesy hot artichoke dip with crisp water chestnuts.
Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
1+1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 ounces artichoke hearts, sliced
4 ounces water chestnuts, small dice
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a bowl or mixer, cream the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add mayo, sour cream, and seasonings, mix well.
- Fold in artichokes, water chestnuts, and 1 cup of parmesan (reserving 1/4 cup for the top.)
- Transfer the dip to a shallow oven safe dish.
- Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is browned, and dip is bubbling.
