Description
Homemade pumpkin spice blend can be made easily with spices you already have on hand.

1/4 cup ground cinnamon
1 TBL ground ginger
1 TBL ground nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp ground clove
1 tsp ground mace (optional)
Instructions
Measure out all of the spices and place into a half-pint jar or other glass container with a tight fitting lid. Shake the spices together and viola, it is ready to use or store in a cool dark space for up to 3 years.
